Job Description
Supervision of Strong Room constructi on as per thespecifi cati ons set by RBI Supervision of civil works,plumbing, Interior, exterior, structured cabling, electricaland other miscellaneous works as per the approved planand BOQ. Sharing of approved plan with landlord toobtain their consent to start the works. Any change oralterati on suggested by landlord, same to be inti matedto HO and a revised plan to be arranged from HO. Vetti ngof site plans given by our contractor before sending toHO. Co-ordinati on with landlords for incorporati on oftheir scope of works and handing over the site to MFL onti me. Co- ordinati on with Strong Room Door vendorsand MFL contractors for proper installati on of doors onti me. Ensuring usage of quality of materials as per theset standard menti oned in Work Order. Ensuring priorapproval is obtained from fi eld and HO for any additi onalworks required to be carried out other than menti onedin WO. Carrying out Joint Measurement along withcontractor. Eff ecti ve co-ordinati on with fi eld team tosupport acti viti es required for consolidati on and openingof new branches. Monitoring the site works of Groupcompanies as and when necessary Over seeing periodical repairs/ renovati ons, maintenance works inthe existi ng branches and group companies.
