Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain the NBB cyber-security plan.
Serve as security experts and conduct training for IT staff.
Provide cyber security requirements and analysis.
Manage cyber security projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
Configure and manage security tools and analyze technology risks.
Track configuration changes and maintain the asset database.
Monitor and report security setups and handle security incidents.
Ensure security monitoring and reporting exceptions.
Interact with subordinates, vendors, and the IT Department.
Maintain confidentiality and stay updated on IT developments.
Assist with ad-hoc assignments and adhere to departmental policies.
Challenge existing processes and monitor delivery of activities against milestones.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related subject.
technical certification CCNA, Fortinet ,endpoint protection,
3-4 years of practical experience in a bank or similar function.
Sufficient technical knowledge to understand and manage the bank's infrastructure setup.
Banking experience will be desirable.
