We are hiring Senior Delivery Manager who can join us in short notice.

Experience: 8 - 12 years

Location: Mumbai

Notice: 0 to 30 days

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with central banks, regulatory bodies, and technology partners, ensuring alignment and cooperation. 
• Delivery Assurance: Ensure that CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, adhering to all regulatory requirements. 
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments projects, developing mitigation strategies. 
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed. 
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of delivery professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. 
• Communication: Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders effectively. 
• Compliance: Ensure that all CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments projects comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. 
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments project delivery, promoting continuous improvement.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments concepts, architecture, and implementation challenges.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Familiarity with digital payments, blockchain technology, and regulatory requirements related to CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments.
• Experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects, preferably in financial technology or digital payments space.
