Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Fresher or 12 years
Location: TTC MIDC, Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound QC Executive with a BE in Mechanical Engineering to join our Quality team. The candidate should have fundamental knowledge of quality inspection techniques, ERP documentation, and a strong understanding of mechanical components and drawings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections for incoming, in-process, and final products.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc.
• Interpret and work with mechanical drawings and tolerances.
• Maintain inspection records and prepare quality documentation in the ERP system.
• Identify and report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis.
• Support implementation of quality control plans and ISO procedures.
• Collaborate with production, design, and QA teams to maintain product quality.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical)
• Sound knowledge of mechanical components, drawings, and GD&T is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP-based documentation systems.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO/QMS systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
