Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Pega Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega systems, particularly in KYC/CLM 8.X, and will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the bank from a Pega platform perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Pega systems, focusing on KYC/CLM 8.X.
- Define business processes using the Pega platform for the financial sector.
- Design and implement system integrations, including PRPC Rule-Connects/Services and developing activities.
- Develop and maintain Pega User Interfaces and implement declarative processing features.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and address client-specific requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and influence multiple teams to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices.
- Present ideas and solutions to senior and executive management.
Education:
- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in Pega systems.
- Pega Certified Product Engineer.
- Pega Lead Product Engineer with Architect/CSSA Certification is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in defining business processes using the Pega platform for the financial sector.
Technical Skills:
- Mandatory experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X.
- Strong understanding of client-server applications, digital applications, and business functions.
- Knowledge of API and JSON for integration support.
- Software development experience with Java/JavaScript.
- Understanding of microservices and Big Data architecture is a plus.
Functional Skills:
- Experience in banking, financial, and fintech environments in an enterprise setting.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology.
- Ability to ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design across the organization.
- Effective research and benchmarking of technology against best-in-class standards.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to influence teams on technical considerations, enhancing their productivity and effectiveness.
- Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives without supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and present ideas to senior and executive management.
