Job Description
Bigbasket.com is looking for STORE INCHARGE to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- Oversee all store operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, including cashiers, stockers, and sales associates
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff to ensure efficient operation of the store
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Track sales and expenses, prepare reports, and analyze data to make informed business decisions
- Implement loss prevention measures, such as monitoring security cameras and conducting regular store audits
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
