Urgent opportunity For a Workday Functional @ Tag Worldwide

Ability or experience as a Workday/ERP finance functional consultant knowledgeable in the various Finance and related application modules

Ability to drive design sessions for finance modules and hands on experience configuring business processes

Ability to help customers resolve functional issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutions

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application design and configuration

Familiarity and experience with the configuration of Workday Finance modules

Provide leadership in the design, development, testing, and implementation of Workday Finance system and business processes.

Ability to develops accurate workday, Adaptive Insights and database reports that meet requirements and standards of users.

Experience in business process configuration, building validation/condition rules, setting up notifications

Ability to conduct high level analysis, data validation or implement auditing programs to ensure data integrity and can recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ability to troubleshoot system problems by working with IT and can take corrective action. Coordinates changes to database and works with users and IT Dept to develop appropriate data/information changes.

Formulate and monitor policies, procedures and standards related to database management.

Responsible for security and integrity controls in conjunction with IT.

Continually monitor Finance information needs and act as a technical advisor in the design of new or the modification of existing systems to meet changing requirements.

Provide technical operations and training support to users of Finance ERP system.

Knowledge in Custom fields, custom reports, calculated fields and creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

Knowledge of Workday Security, Reporting and on using Customer Central for configuration and migration

Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them effectively
