Job Description
Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Security Officer for deployment at a prestigious corporate site in Gurugram. The candidate must have a strong background in physical security operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to uphold high security standards in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage physical security operations across assigned premises.
- Monitor access controls, CCTV systems, and security alarms.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as per company protocol.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily security logs.
- Ensure compliance with all security policies and site procedures.
- Coordinate with client representatives and internal security teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in physical security (mandatory)
- Education: Graduate (mandatory)
- Language Skills: Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing required)
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and crisis management ability
- Good computer literacy (basic MS Office)
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Physically and mentally fit
