Job Description

Taking care of statutory compliance like ESIC, PF, PT, Mediclaims and Legal Area etc.

Conduction the joining formalities of the Associates at different client venues such as completing documentation process like filling ESIC forms, PF forms, Med claims etc.

Maintenance of various register under compliance Act.

Generating ESIC TIC.

Handling the queries of the Employee pertaining to the compliance grievances.

Generating UAN no. , PF ECR, PF challan, ESIC ECR & ESIC challan.

Submitting the monthly and Annual Return of LWF & Professional Tax.

Processing employee s PF withdrawal and transfer form.

Handling all the area of compliances in PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF.

Taking care registration of CLRA, Shop Establishment, Professional Tax & LWF.

Handling Audit documentation.

Submitting the monthly and Annual Return of CLRA return, Bonus return & Maternity return.

Handling Employees Medical insurance.

Maintenance of various register under different Act and ESI cards.

Preparing compliance reports.

Compliance/maintenance of systems/procedures in respect of training activities as per ISO Procedure

Handling the queries of the Employee pertaining to the ESI, PF

Preparing Wage Sheet, PF & ESIC. ECR.

Preparation of Monthly PF, ESIC Challan & Return, Allotment of PF No. and Ensuring Deposit of PF and Submitting the monthly and Annual Return on time, distribution of PF slip.
