Job Description

One of our clients looking for BDE/ Key Account Manager Representative!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Lead Generation Prospecting:


  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up,

outbound cold calls, and emails.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed

sales targets.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track prospects and opportunities effectively.

Customer Engagement:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges and provide

appropriate solutions.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key

benefits and features.


Sales Process Management:


  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the IT software and hardware

offerings.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging

technologies.

  • Educate customers on the benefits and advantages of the products being

offered.


Reporting Analysis:


  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and market conditions.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat

business.


Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge:


  • Basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not

limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools,

and enterprise software.

  • Familiarity with cloud computing solutions, SaaS, and other emerging

technologies
