Role & responsibilities

Business Analyst JD-

• Post graduate with at 6+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
• Writing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user stories.
• Experience on tools like UML & flowcharts to visualize and deliver business processes.
• Experience of relational database (MSSql, SQL etc).
• Should have understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies.
• Identifying business challenges and proposing effective solutions.
• Effectively conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Handling multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with Government clients.
