Teamcenter Implementation Engineer @ Prolim

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Teamcenter Implementation Engineer to lead and support the implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. The role involves requirement analysis, solution configuration, integration, and deployment across various business functions to enable digital product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of Teamcenter implementation: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Workflow.
• Customize Teamcenter using BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace extensions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Support integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle), CAD (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks), and MES.
• Conduct data migration and validation activities as part of implementation or upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Develop and maintain technical and user documentation related to the implemented solutions.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support including training and issue resolution.
• Ensure implementation best practices and quality standards are followed throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
• Proficiency in:
• Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA)
• BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE)
• Teamcenter Workflows, Access Manager, and data model configuration
• Customization using ITK, SOA, Java, or C++
• Active Workspace configuration and extensions
• Experience with CAD and ERP integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
