1.Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones and make project assignments.
2.Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
3.keep projects on track for successful completion within specification.
4.Support/Application Bugs/Client operations routine activities: Discuss with client delegation and arrive at the priority for a given day
5.Enhancement: Plan for rollout of enhancements on short/long term
6.Client Report: Send periodic reports to the client with updated Project Plan, and, monthly report on what is accomplished in the last month
7.Lead process of issue identification and resolution
8. Value Add: Review the applications maintained and come up with ideas on improve the usability of the application and suggest re-engineering wherever required
9.All support tickets triaging will be handled by the PM & BA, no client staff will have direct access to developers (as it hurts the delivery efficiency significantly right now)
10.Client Relationship Management: Hold periodic meetings with the client to keep them appraised of the happenings and plan
11.Convene frequent brainstorming sessions with the development, Release & Testing team to find ways to improve the efficiency
12. Manage risk tracking process & maintain all documentation
