Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for calling providers offices in US on behalf of Healthplans.
• To call the provider office verify the surveys for calling from the given data
• Must possess good communication skills with neutral accent.
• Meeting daily/weekly/ and monthly targets set for an Individual.
• Flexible to work from office and additional hours/OT or Weekend hours as per business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile: -

• Comfortable with night shift
• Comfortable with WFO-Work from office
• Having excellent English communication
• Ready to join immediately.
• Graduates (Freshers)
• Graduation certificate is mandatory
