Roles & Responsibility:
*The person would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to operating systems / Routers / Modems & ISP related issues.
*A Good Team Player
*Prior Experience in international Voice Process.
Eligibility:
* Graduation is Mandatory.( any degree/
10+Diploma/10+12+Diploma is applicable).
* Excellent Communication skills (English).
* Work Time: US Time Zones (Night Shifts)
*Notice Period : 15 Days.
