  • Experience in Payment posting.
  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to work in US Shift.

Experience

14+ Years of healthcare experience in RCM , min 10 in Payment posting

Job Description: Delivery of coding work per SOWs, maintain client confidence, expand team in terms of coding capability across multi-specialty and billable resources, improvement in process standards and coder efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Improve Accounts/Teams Performance
  • Developing the team to execute business operations and cater to projected growth efficiently
  • Manage all facets of professional billing revenue cycle processes; Accounts Receivable / Medical Billing.
  • Conduct performance appraisals for the Manager and assist with reviews of AR callers
  • Planning and managing the unit's operations and ensuring its success as a profit center
  • Training the team and developing operating processes & systems to deliver outstanding client services
  • Innovate to optimize production and constantly improve Production, Quality, and Turnaround Time
  • Analyzing the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity
  • Developing the organization's policies to motivate & retain the workforce, manage the fund's flow, and general administration.
  • Responsible for attendance across client teams, Development and maintenance of SOP, and other documentation to ensure uniformity across teams and processes Transition Management
  • Submits periodic reports to the superiors on the performance and the growth plans available with the client
  • Contribute towards minimizing attrition & absenteeism

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

  • Minimum one year of experience as Manager AR (Denial Management, Physician or Hospital billing).
  • Well-organized, highly efficient with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong quantitative ability
  • US Travel Visa and transition experience will be an advantage
