JOB DESCRIPTION

• Branch Operations Manager- Branch BankingJob Role:
  1. Lead the Service Team.
  2. Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance
  3. To co-ordinate the audit of the branch
  4. Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell
  5. Authorize and check RO / SO entries
  6. Check end products
  7. Check vouchers to clear transactions of Rs. 10 lakhs & above
  8.Vault / Key custodianJob Requirement:
  1. Customer service oriented
  2. Meticulous
  3. Eye for details
  4. Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
  5. Thorough overall understanding of banking
  6. Graduate/MBA
  7. Graduates with 6-8 years of experience
  8. MBA with 4-6 years of experience
  9. Should possess customer orientation and team leader qualities
