2.Adheringtohighethicalstandardsandcomplywithallthelaiddownprocesses/policies-KYCadherence,maintainingallimportantregistersetc.

3.Toprovidehighqualitycustomerservice,promptresolutionofqueriespre&postloandisbursal.

4.Supportingbranchstaffinbusinessdevelopmentactivities&helpingtoachievebranchtargets.

CustomerCareExecutive:

1.Whoisinterestedtomaketheircareerinsalesandmarketingiseligibleforthisrole(Outdoormarketing).

2.Shouldbeabletohandlewalk-incustomers.

3.Adherencetotheadministrativeprocess&policiesoftheorganizationisamust.

4.Abilitytounderstandneeds&interestsofthecustomersandcatertothesame.

5.Toguide&providethecustomerswithalltherequiredinformationaboutloans&schemes.

6.Shouldbeabletosolvethequeriesofthecustomersaswellashandlingthecustomersinacooperative&efficientway.

7.Shouldbeabletoacquirenewcustomersthroughreferencing.

8.Keepingtheexistingcustomersupdatedwiththeirexistingaccountdetails
