Overall Job Description -

Strategic / Managerial Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for Investment business in the bank across channels
• Creating Business Model, Data Management, Analytics, MIS & Reports across all investment products
• Ensure robustness, scalability & sustainability
• Lead Management & Analytics

Core responsibilities

• Create visibility on Investment Products with Channels
• Assemble large, sophisticated data sets that meet functional & nonfunctional business requirements
• Market intelligence & trends in the industry
• Managing Business Enablers initiatives, new products or campaign management data highlights
• AMC Relationship Management & Optimizing delivery for scalability
• Build tools to assist in business decision making
• Identify, design & implement reports & dashboards
• Collaborating with Operations, Analytics & Channel teams
• Handling the stakeholders & multiple channel requirements simultaneously, addressing channel query and providing resolution within specified TATs
• Identify & extract potential leads, prospecting & conversions
• Data mining & segmentation
• Streamline MISs and make it friction free for RMs
• Management Presentations

Technical Experience

• Good understanding of banking financial & Investment knowledge & terminologies
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power point, systems

Non-technical Experience

• Team player & problem solver
• Good interpersonal, collaboration and written & oral communication skills
• Ability to understand internal channels requirement

Educational Qualification- Post Graduate

Requirement - Strong domain knowledge with understanding of products with data orientation, collaborative and team management skills

Work Experience (in yrs.) - 6-10 years
