Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales teams to achieve targets through direct marketing, DSA management, and channel handling.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers for business loans, personal loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, gold loan, and secured loans.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by visiting open markets and connecting with potential clients.
  
• Oversee the entire process from lead generation to disbursement of funds.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
  

Preferred candidate profile

This is a Dynamic Team Player role that involves Sourcing and Processing of Loan Application from Field via DST/Direst Sales Through Sales officer, DSA & Connectors.

Our Company Offers Wide Range of Loans. Business loans. Personal Loans, Salaried Loans, Loan Against property, Gold Loan, Candidate should have experience in handling any of 2 -3 Loan Product.
