Job Description


Brief about Role:
  • Providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team.
  • Provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, Dashboard, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
  • Predict the impact of potential decisions on cash flow and profitability including: new deal, license renewals, product investments
  • Compute a detailed PL impact analysis along with cash flow on large new deal.
  • Track the realization rate for each customer
  • Provide accurate timely financial analysis and advice to business leaders
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
  • Collaborate with departments/Business Units to prepare and consolidate budgets.
  • Identify variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Partner directly with the finance team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Assess and monitor the line of business investments
  • Review the return on capital employed
  • Create agile, integrated financial plans that account for multiple scenarios
  • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
Requirements :
  • Charted Accountant/MBA degree and more than seven years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area
  • General knowledge of accounting / financial / operational principles
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
