Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IND AS accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities.
Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to financial reporting processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Conduct regular assessments of financial processes and controls, identifying and mitigating risks.
Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and support business initiatives.
Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered accountant.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience working in a listed company or a similar environment will be preferred .
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
