Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Deliver structured product training sessions for internal teams and vendor partners.
- Create high-quality, engaging training content including presentations, e-learning modules, powerpoint presentations, and interactive assessments.
- Customize training programs to suit different roles (e.g., Sales, Support, End-users).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with product updates.
- Conduct onboarding and continuous learning programs incorporating both product knowledge and soft skills.
- Facilitate behavioral training on communication, collaboration, customer interaction, and leadership fundamentals.
- Track and report on training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person sessions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Gradudate from any Stream
- Product Training Experience of 3-6 Years in a fast paced environment
- Experience in e-Learning software or tools would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms.
- Experience in creating and developing learning content.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
