Job Description
As an SDET II, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality and reliability of our codebase. You'll focus on writing and maintaining unit tests, ensuring the stability and performance of key components in our architecture.
Youll be working in a company that solves the most complex and large-scale technological challenges in mobile advertising today. We process over 2,000,000 ad requests per second, which amounts to sometimes 10-50 Billion of data daily across three global data centers. We rely on real-time machine learning models (with billions of features) that give us predictions in less than 20ms.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based systems focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and AI specialists to ensure effective integration of models into production environments.
- Write, execute, and maintain unit test cases to ensure code quality, utilizing the latest GenAI tools and frameworks.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on expertise in writing and maintaining unit test cases, scalability performance of APIs in Python.
- Experience with high-scale/stream data processing.
- Proven capability in designing and implementing high-performance APIs.
- Proficiency in handling CSVs efficiently.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) tools like Jenkins, or GitLab CI for running automated tests.
- Experience in handling mocking and stubbing techniques for unit testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly ML and AI teams.
- Verifying data integrity and consistency in database operations.
- Ability to generate comprehensive test reports and metrics, providing insights into robust code coverage, test effectiveness, and defect analysis.
- Previous experience working with and migrating legacy code
- Optional: Experience with AWS and Docker
- Optional: Experience with C/C++ programming language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
