Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and natural language processing techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved through data analysis and modeling.
Develop and maintain complex algorithms for text classification, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code reviews, providing feedback on technical designs, and mentoring junior team members.

Job Requirements :

7-13 years of experience in machine learning or related field (data science).
Strong proficiency in Python programming language with expertise in libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience with natural language processing techniques including text preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation metrics.
