Job Description

The Client Success at Ultra is responsible for leading and nurturing relationships with programmatic demand-side clients, including brands and agencies. This role involves co-owning revenue growth alongside the sales team and ensuring that the Client Success team possesses a deep knowledge of client needs and opportunities. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to provide a customer-first perspective and drive impactful client relationships. The resource also works with a high-performing team of Client Success focusing on account strategy, retention, and growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and drive impactful and sustainable client relationships.
Co-own account strategy with the sales and agency teams, focusing on relationship management, up-sell, cross-sell, and campaign delivery.
Manage client RFIs to ensure clear communication of our solutions and capabilities.
Manage account retention and growth plans, revenue and margin management, and up-selling and cross-selling.
Drive end-to-end solution management for client campaigns, including pre-sales media planning, onboarding, delivery, optimizations, and post-campaign deliverables.
Partner closely with internal teams to drive cross-functional projects for clients.
Lead campaign analysis and provide consultative guidance to clients during discussions and reviews.
Liaise with third-party partners for technical account management.

Required Skills:

5+ Years of experience in managing / crafting Strategies for multiple Digital Channels to increase ROI
Looking for candidates from Digital marketing agencies or candidates who have managed Digital Marketing services only
Add on if possess MBA or similar Master's Degree in Marketing.
Proven experience in customer success, digital strategy, or account management roles.
Expertise in one or more digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights
