Job brief
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support and work closely with the Recruitment leader.
The responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews, aliening the selection procedures and coordinating interviews. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Head to identify staffing needs of the Foundation
- Determine the selection criteria
- Assist in designing job descriptions for each position's requirements
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Undertake Internet-based research and industry mapping
- Plan the interviews and selection procedure, including screening calls and scheduling in-person interviews
- Maintain candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition executive or having worked in a similar role
- Minimum qualification, a Graduate degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years' experience working in talent acquisition preferably with experience in social development sector, life sciences or similar industries.
- Strong proficiency with the use of software platforms and high degree of comfort with multiple technology applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, Self-Monitored, Resourceful, Accountable
- Problem solving and Decision-making skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- High Emotional maturity and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
