Job Description

The CustomerSuccess team is responsible for working directly with our global customer base,operating the business, and providing a top-level service to scale everyprogrammatic campaign as we leverage our technology in the best possible way.Our main goal is to deliver outstanding results for our customers.

mDSP islooking for a Customer Success Manager to balance long-term relationships withthe day-to-day tactical management of our customer's mobile marketingcampaigns, understanding the performance and consistently spotting new growthopportunities. You will need to bring a commercial and strategic acumenanalytical mindset together with a detail-oriented and data-driven focus tobuild and grow long-term business partnerships with our customers.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

CustomerFocus

  • Serve as customers primary point of contact building strong and lasting relationships with key players in the mobile programmatic space and act as a trusted advisor, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Own communication with customers and liaise with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and overcome roadblocks.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of our customers needs and business. Ensure their goals are met in a time bound manner and provide strategic counsel.
  • Focus on customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling via monthly/quarterly business reviews with client

BusinessStrategy

  • Expertly troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues, seizing such opportunities to help your team learn and grow.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding.
  • Work closely with our product teams to help drive forward key projects across the company.

RequiredSkills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree: post-graduate or professional degrees in Management/ Communication preferred
  • Experience: 6- 10 years work experience
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and experience
  • High ambition backed with solid work ethic and desire to excel in a fast- growing company and rapidly evolving industry
  • Excellent Communications skills written verbal
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint and aptitude for number crunching
  • Knack for details and understanding the client's problems to propose the right solution accordingly.
