Install and maintain Linux desktops (Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.)
Provide user support for software, hardware, and peripherals
Manage user accounts (Active Directory/SSSD, LDAP)
Automate tasks and image updates (Ansible, PXE, Kickstart)
