Job Description:

Good hands-on experience on mainframe, DB2, JCL, CICS, MF Cobol skills and strong Analytical skills, for development on DXC (IP) Agent Compensation Systems products, namely Distribution Support System ( DSS)
Ability to providing guidance to client on the business queries, Solution designing and perform development independently on the above Compensation Systems and related Projects (medium to large size in nature).
Good Hands-on Exposure to conversion and transformation projects would be added advantage. Hands on experience DSS and PPLUS Cycle support, abend resolution, doing RCA and working on alternative solutions in quick time is a desirable skill.
Ability to work on new business proposals and estimation for business growth in DXC.
Effective Communication Skills (verbal as well as written) and ability to interact with Client directly.
Mentoring and guiding the team and ensuring the defect free and timely delivery of the assignments.
Taking ownership of the tasks and get the tasks delivered with team as per project schedule and milestones.
Supporting the BA team in Query resolution Defect analysis
