Plan, organize, schedule for assigned projects
Coordinate with team members to analyze client requirements and produce software design and architecture
Support and guidance for technical issues to team members
Supervise and support development and maintenance of software or applications using ASP.NET framework languages and technologies.
Meeting deadlines of task or project
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and retain customer satisfaction
Technical documentation whenever required
Able to manage team
