Job Description
Guest Relations Executive ensures a positive guest experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service, ultimately building guest loyalty and satisfaction. They act as a key point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming Guests:
Greeting guests upon arrival, providing information about the property and services, and offering assistance with check-in and luggage.
Addressing Guest Inquiries:
Answering questions, resolving complaints, and escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service:
Anticipating guest needs, offering personalized assistance, and building rapport to create a memorable experience.
Promoting Services:
Highlighting amenities, local attractions, and special events to enhance guest satisfaction and promote revenue generation.
Feedback Management:
Collecting guest feedback, addressing concerns, and proactively seeking positive reviews to continuously improve the guest experience.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments to ensure seamless service and resolve guest issues effectively.
