Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with medical staff and administrative departments to enhance the quality of patient care.
- Assist in the development and implementation of medical protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure the accurate processing of patient information and medical records.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics related to medical services.
- Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers while ensuring a smooth patient experience.
- Provide support in managing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of medical service processes.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- BDS + MBA or MHA in Hospital Management or equivalent qualification.
- 1-4 years of experience in the field of Pediatrics.
- Strong knowledge of Medical Operations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
