About The Role
- Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated workflows tailored to business requirements.
- Customize, configure, and optimize the Kore.ai platform to address specific business needs, focusing on user interface (UI) design, dialogue flows, and task automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Continuously monitor and enhance bot performance by staying updated on the latest Kore.ai features, AI advancements, and machine learning trends.
Primary Skills
- 1+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience working with the Kore.ai platform.
- Proven expertise in developing chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.ai tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or other scripting languages.
- Experience with API integrations, including RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Strong understanding of dialogue flow design, intent recognition, and context management.
Secondary Skills
- Kore.ai platform certification is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of automation tools and RPA technologies is beneficial.
