Job Description
Position: Sales Manager- Mining Equipment
Location: East Africa
Experience: 5+ years in sales of heavy equipment's / mining machinery
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Mining or business.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for mining equipment across assigned regions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the mining industry.
- Manage and grow key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market intelligence reports.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the technical, service, and product teams for customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Ensure timely collections and adhere to company credit policies.
