We are hiring a dynamic Product Trainer with a strong background in international voice processes, specializing in customer retention, sales, and customer success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering product and process training to new hires and existing teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer expectations and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and upskill sessions for existing agents on product, process, soft skills, and customer handling.
- Design and implement training modules focusing on retention strategies, sales techniques, and customer success best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and product teams to identify training needs and bridge performance gaps.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Continuously improve training content based on process changes and feedback.
