Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Analyze workforce trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making:
Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring aligns with workforce plans.
Performance Management: Support the execution of performance appraisal processes. Coach leaders on feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement.
Learning & Development: Identify skills gaps and collaborate wIth L&D teams to provide targeted training. Collaborate with the central Learning and Development team to effectively execute training programs tailored to the targeted population at the location.
HR Projects & Change Management: Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects and change initiatives. Drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and cultural alignment.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues. Promote a culture of fairness, diversity, inclusion, and compliance.
