Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive product strategy and to design simple experiences that our customers love
Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
Participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
Conduct user interviews remotely or in person, conduct user testing sessions, card sorting, and affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests and analyze the data
Design high-impact, functional User Interfaces for web, mobile, and other mediums
Understand product requirements, and design accordingly
Empathize with the user through their journey(ies) and understand their needs
Communicate with users, researchers, product and tech teams to ensure everyone understands what is needed
Understand, discuss & present user research findings
Manage and contribute to the MoEngage Design System
Ideal Candidate
Has 4-8 years of relevant experience in product design
Has a bachelors or masters degree in design, human-computer interaction, or other related areas
Has experience with designing scalable end-user, business web-based applications
Has a bias for rapid prototyping & experimentation
Has an exceptional portfolio that highlights your work and specific contributions to user-centered design solutions (Product design, UX Design)
Has the willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
Has Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Empathize with the user through their journey(ies) and understand their needs. Understand, discuss & present user research findings
Well-versed in analyzing user behavior, product usage, and usability metrics to build data-driven design solutions.
Has a knack for planning well, setting & communicating timelines & delivering delightful results
Has decent hands-on experience with SaaS / Enterprise-level applications
Visual design knowledge and/or user research proficiency is a bonus
Educational qualifications preferred
