Job Description
Job Title - Accounts Receivable Consultant
Duration - 6 months to begin with possible extension
Location - Bangalore, KA
This role will work predominantly for US, UK, EMEA, DACH Regions accounts receivable process. (Responsibility may not include all of the activities sometime)
- Responsible for managing AR mailbox which consists of:
- Diagnosing the query and formulating response
- Providing necessary reply to client independently.
- Co-ordinating (by forwarding) with internal stakeholders to respond to the clients.
- Tracking critical client mails and ensuring appropriate followup or closing loop of mail.
- Cash collection/receipt accounting.
- Passing AR adjustment entries, wherever necessary
- AR reconciliation.
- Awareness of O2C process.
- Awareness of P&L/B/s especially Debtors, bad debts, aging etc..
Other:
Commerce Bachelor with 1-2 Years experience in similar role.
Ability to manage and balance the workload.
Good at communications and interpersonal skills, to interact with other regions colleagues.
Flexibility to work in shifts (if needed).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially excel.
Ability to consistently perform given tasks, with improved quality in the long run.
Accuracy, Accountability and ownership of tasks is a must.
