Job Description

1-3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
Manage employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness of personnel records.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication regarding employee changes, updates, and notifications.
Proficiency in Workday HCM module (HCM) with strong understanding of its functionality.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
