Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SAP PMR including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and optimize Pricing and Promotion functionalities within S/4HANA Retail.
- Integrate SAP PMR and S/4HANA with third-party applications (e.g., POS systems, digital marketing platforms).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and integration specialists.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Document functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Primary: Proven experience with SAP PMR (Promotion Management for Retail) implementation.
- Secondary: Strong hands-on experience with S/4HANA Retail, specifically in Pricing and Promotion configuration.
- Experience in integrating SAP solutions with third-party applications.
- Solid understanding of retail business processes and promotional strategies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification in Retail or PMR modules.
- Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
