Job Description

Role: Senior Consultant- Business Analyst

Domain: US Life Insurance (Group)
Certification: LOMA (Mandatory)

Experience-5+Years

Location- Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work on new product launches, policy migrations, and system implementations.
• Ensure compliance with US insurance regulations, taxation, and policy servicing rules.
• Collaborate with technical teams and external systems for policy administration.

Must-Have Skills:

• LOMA certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of US Life Insurance (Group) domain
• Experience with at least one Policy Administration System (e.g., Vantage, Ingenium, OIPA, IPAS, ALIP, EXIGEN)
• Familiarity with compliance and taxation rules in insurance
• Proficient in requirements gathering, use case creation, and documentation
• Tools: MS Office, MS Visio
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
