Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon @ Prashanti Medical

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex surgical procedures on infants, children, and adolescents with congenital or acquired heart conditions.
• Evaluate and diagnose pediatric cardiac conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic imaging.
• Collaborate with pediatric cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide pre-operative counseling and post-operative care to patients and families.
• Ensure the highest standards of surgical techniques, safety, and sterility during operations.
• Monitor post-surgical recovery and address complications as they arise.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and surgical reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
• Train and supervise junior doctors, surgical residents, and support staff as needed.
• Stay updated with advancements in pediatric cardiac surgery through continuing education and research involvement.
• MBBS, M.S, M.Ch(Cardiovascular and thoracic surgery) /DNB
• Cardiovascular and thoracic surgery
• Pediatric surgery like TOF/ICR, ASD, VSD,PDA, AVCD, PAPVC
• Freshers can apply
