1. Expert in Service, Maintenance, Distribution Domain & shall have good knowledge of
Sales, Service, Maintenance, Warehousing Processes : Plant Maintenance, Asset Management, Spare parts planning, Servicing of FGs like Forklifts, ACs etc.
Warehousing process : Inventory, Warehouse operations, Material planning, storage, FIFO, LIFO, Inventory audits, Materials dispatches.
2. The candidate shall be able to understand & convert business requirement to IT / ERP requirement & shall be responsible for requirement gathering, scoping etc.
3. Mapping of requirements in ERP LN OR Infor product suite OR any other product & shall be able to conceptualize the solution design.
4. Shall be responsible for making FSDs, Test plans, Test data, Testing, Go Live & Go Live support etc.
5. Shall be responsible for integration designs, solutions designs.
6. User training.
7. Cor-ordination with cross functional teams for solutions, issue resolutions etc.
8. Shall act as Project Manager when situation demands.

Qualification Details

Essential Qualification: BE in any stream.

Preferred Qualification: MBA in SCM OR APICS SCM is preferred

Experience Details

Essential Experience: 3-7 years of work experience in Distribution / Maintenance Domain in ERP environment ERP Consultant.

Preferred Experience: Experience in Infor LN with integrated systems as Consultant OR Key user is preferred.
