Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Service Executives (Female Candidates
Only) to join our team at Ruloans Distribution Service Pvt Ltd. As a Customer Service
Executive, you will proactively reach out to potential customers, introduce and promote our
products, and play a key role in driving sales growth to achieve team targets. This is an
excellent opportunity for freshers with a strong interest in Customer Relationship
Management.
Candidates who are fluent in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada have a chance of being selected,
but English communication skills are a must. If you're confident in your communication
skills and eager to contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information
about various offerings.
Provide clear and accurate explanations of product features, benefits, and terms.
Ensure all communication with customers is recorded accurately in the CRM system.
Follow-up with potential leads and customers for conversions.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers and address any queries or concerns
they may have.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer
interactions.
Key Requirements: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to influence and persuade customers.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Should be comfortable with making a high volume of calls.
Preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
Female candidates only due to the nature of the role and work environment.

Compensation:
Salary: 15,000 to 22,000 per month (based on experience).
