We re searching for Lead Architect having experience on designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure & multi-domain technology solutions (Connectivity, Cloud, Security etc)
This role requires a deep understanding of integration best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
Your Mission if you accept this role:
Responsible for the technical leadership of multi-domain technology solutions
Timely execution of Implementation orders through proper technical design, planning, deployment control and monitoring
Designs and develops IT architecture (Network, Security, Compute & Cloud, Collab, integrated tool process, applications, data and Technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards
Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications along with Solution and partners, support during Proof of Concepts demonstration as Capabilities of Organization
Expert advisory support enabler to Delivery team during Critical & Major Incident Management, Critical Change or Organic growth executions
Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings
Defining partners to enable services through proper deliverables & performance measurement as outcome
Documentation of Technical designs, Services designs
Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies
Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the successful design and delivery of projects
Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company s technology strategy and standards
Implement configuration best practices for cloud and on-premises infrastructure, Assist to Meet security standards and regulatory compliance (eg, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, etc), Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between IT & NON-IT infrastructure and business objectives
Work with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align IT architecture with business processes Recommend and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the organization s IT capabilities

What you can bring to Orange Business Services
BE/BTech in Electronic & Communications or Computer Science or equivalent
15+ years of experience in the IT services or system integration industry Experience with large systems integration or complex transformation solutions projects including exposure to agile development approaches
In-depth understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing, virtualization, storage and backup solutions
Hands on experience on Network, Security, Cloud with expertise in complex configuration, Integration and migration of services/data from one platform to new platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in resolving infrastructure and performance issues
Strong customer focus, able to respond quickly and effectively to customers requests, and able to adapt to a changing customer landscape and challenges
Ability to effectively communicate and influence at executive, middle management and staff levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Technical Certifications Required:
Cisco Certified Specialist or equivalent, OR
VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV), OR
Red Hat Certified Specialist in Cloud Infrastructure, OR
Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, OR
Certified OpenStack Administrator
