Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Bill Cerification:

Scrutinize and certify running account (RA) bills and final bills (RCC ,Civil Finish & MEP) submitted by contractors as per contract terms.
Ensure billing is in line with approved BOQ, scope of work, tender conditions, and technical specifications.
Cross-check measurement sheets, drawings, and site progress reports before certification.
Ensure timely certification of bill in coordination withHO2 billing team
Reconciliation work done, materials issued, and certified quantities
Coordinate with stake holders to ensure correct documentation.
Preparation of billing & allied trackers i.e Track and monitor contractor billing schedules, timelines for submissions, approvals, and payments
Documentation:

1.Prepare billing dashboards, cash flow projections, and highlight cost deviations.

2.Manage billing entries and approvals in SAP, ERP etc

3.Maintain a comprehensive repository of all billing-related documents, approvals, and correspondence.

4.Ensure statutory compliance audit requirements, and corporate financial policies.

3. Computer knowledge-

1. Ms Office,

2.SAP or ERP, AutoCAD savy
