- Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing Assign tasks to the team members manage workload efficiently
- Tracking project milestones and deliverables Keeping track of new requirements from the project
- Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals
- Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects Ensure adherence to test processes
- Daily Defect Discussions Managing and monitoring work of team
