Job Description

Required Senior test engineer with Experience and knowledge of CRM System architecture and business workflows
Validate Customer Journey Workflows Including:Customer OnboardingLead management and allocation
Test Interfaces and integration between CRM and CORE banking System
Log manage and track defects using tools like Jira
Design Test Cases/ Scenarios as per requirementsExecute the test plan
Record defects in Defect Management ToolUpdate Project ProgressRetesting of defects fixedDaily reporting to Onsite / Offshore Test Manager
