Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to provide personalized financial guidance and investment solutions within the broking industry. As an IFA, you will work independently, leveraging access to a wide range of financial products and brokerage platforms to serve clients' diverse needs. Your role will involve building trusted relationships, offering tailored advice on securities, portfolio management, and long-term financial planning.
Role & responsibilities:
- Acquire New IFA to achieve set AUM target
- Ensure all the paper work for the IFA acquired is done including Referral Agreement registration
- Visit IFA mapped at Pre-Defined frequency and ensure that he is well trained in all Axis Products and processes and cross sell any third Party PMS if any
- Ensure proper hand holding is done for new IFAs to ensure that he can smoothly excel the business with Axis Securities Ltd.
- Training of the IFAs to cross sell AUM products of ASL
- Working on the existing Franchisee network of ASL in pre-defined territory to cross sell AUM products
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
- Great Interpersonal skills should be confident and have high energy levels
- Work Experience in same field 2 years Minimum
- NISM Certified.
